Assisted stretch

Our approach is grounded in evidence-based principles of flexibility and mobility training. Assisted stretching incorporates techniques such as static stretching, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), and controlled muscular contractions. Research demonstrates that consistent stretching can improve flexibility and joint range of motion, while PNF techniques combine stretching with muscular contractions to help enhance mobility. Self-myofascial release techniques may also be incorporated to address areas of muscular tightness and prepare the body for movement.
